100 g tbsp tahina (e.g. NENI tahina ).
8 tbsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice

300g hummus (e.g. NENI hummus
Classic chickpeas & olive oil ).

Preparation

Prepare the tahina dip: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a hand blender or by hand

Cut onions and peppers into strips. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the onions and peppers, then add planted.chicken and continue frying for about 5 minutes. If necessary, season with salt and lemon juice.

To serve: Place the hummus on a plate and make a well with a spoon. Place planted.chicken and fried vegetables in the cavity, spread tahina dip and a little parsley over it if you like.
