The delivery address must be in Germany or Austria.

It is not possible to determine an exact delivery time within the delivery period. Time deviations and the blocking of a specific delivery date are possible, especially on peak days with exceptionally high delivery volumes, whereby any claims for damages or other claims from you are excluded. Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday, no shipping Friday to Sunday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or official national or cantonal holidays. If you are not on site at the time of delivery and have not given special delivery instructions, the delivery person can leave the delivery in a freely accessible location or leave a collection invitation in the mailbox. If you have received a collection invitation, you must collect the delivery from the relevant post office within 48 hours. You assume responsibility for the delivered products, even if you did not receive them directly.

The delivery costs depend on the value of the products ordered (minimum order value excluding delivery costs, deposits and credits). The delivery costs communicated in the online shop apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

Orders to Germany and Austria are shipped with DPD.

Our products are packaged frozen and passively cooled during shipping using insulation materials and cooling pads. The products are delivered at a maximum of 5 degrees Celsius. The outside temperature prevailing at the time of delivery may influence the temperature of the products.

Our shipping partners have permission to leave packages on your doorstep.
This is to prevent delays due to second or third deliveries on subsequent days, which may have a negative impact on the shelf life of our products.
Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.

The shipping packaging can be disposed of as follows:

- Insulation packaging and cardboard box can be disposed of in the cardboard collection

- The cool packs can be cut open and the water emptied. The cover can then be disposed of with residual waste.
