1 pack of planted.chicken curry
1 can of coconut milk

Clean and cut the vegetables.

Slice the carrot and zucchini. Divide the broccoli into florets.

Heat a pan with the oil and fry half of the spring onions, the planted.chicken curry, the carrots and the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the zucchini and fry it too.

Now add the coconut milk and let the vegetable curry simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir well and add the remaining spring onions shortly before the end.

Serve with rice or quinoa if desired!
