Ingredients

4 pcs . Pita bread
350g planted.chicken Güggeli
80g mixed leaf lettuce
1 tomato
40g cucumber
40g red onion
1 tbsp chili flakes
Herbs and cress of your choice (dill, parsley, micro leaves, etc.)

tzatziki

75g soy yogurt
75g plant-based mayonnaise
50g cucumber
1 piece . Dill sprig
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Lemon (some zest and juice)

Preparation

Fry planted.chicken over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and keep warm.

Cut 50 g cucumber into fine cubes. Mix all the ingredients for the tzatziki.

Halve the tomato and cut into thin slices.

Halve the remaining cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Cut red onion into fine rings.

Pluck herbs and cress.

Toast pita bread and spread with the vegan tzatziki.

Top pita bread with planted chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Garnish with chili flakes, herbs and cress.

Fold the pita bread together and serve.

Serving tip: Serve with crispy fries and dips.
