2 Portions

160 g planted.chicken natural
2 nectarines
2 handfuls of raspberries
1 avocado
various leaf salads
1 small red onion

For the salad dressing

1.5 tbsp Raspberry jam
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Balsamic dark
1 tbsp Light balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt pepper

For the raspberry dressing, the jam is mixed with the olive oil and balsamic until smooth. Season with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper and set aside.
Also season the planted.chicken with a little salt and pepper and fry it in olive oil until crispy. Wash lettuce, chop nectarine, red onion and avocado.
Serve everything together with the dressing and enjoy.
