Mix all the ingredients for the coleslaw: white cabbage, carrots, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, salt and pepper.

Heat the planted.pulled BBQ in a pan.

Top the burger buns with: A lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, around 3 tbsp planted.pulled and 3 tbsp coleslaw. Place the lid of the burger bun on top. Repeat for the other 3 burgers.
