Ingredients

6-8 tortillas
400g planted.chicken Güggeli
150g Leek, washed, ringed
100 g Endive salad, picked
2-3 tbsp Kidney beans, cooked
2 green jalapenos, sliced
30g Vegan hard cheese, crumbled (e.g. Gondino Stagionato)
4 radishes, sliced
½ bunch chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp Olive oil (for frying)


For the sauce

150 g crème fraîche (vegan)
50 g natural soy yoghurt
1 garlic clove, pressed
½ bunch chives, finely chopped
½ lime, juice
Some salt + pepper

Preparation

Preparation of fajita filling: Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the leeks in it. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Then add salt, remove and keep warm. Place Planted.chicken Güggeli in the same pan, fry for approx. 5 minutes, stir occasionally and keep warm.

Preparation of sauce: Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and season.

Arrange: Warm the tortillas in the oven for about 4-6 minutes. Spread the sauce on the preheated tortillas. Top with the remaining ingredients and roll up carefully. Enjoy while still warm.
