175g planted.chicken Nature
125ml Oatly Oat Cuisine
1/2 red onion, cut into pieces
3 carrots, sliced
4 small potatoes, cut into cubes
1 red pepper, cut into pieces
1 avocado, cut into pieces
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
1 handful of lettuce or spinach
some oil for the pan
some salt & pepper ​

Preparation

Heat some olive oil in the pan. Fry the onions, carrots, potatoes and peppers while stirring for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove.​

Heat some olive oil and fry the planted chicken. Season with salt and pepper, remove.​

Add Oatly Oat Cuisine and Sriracha sauce to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add planted.chicken, mix and simmer briefly.​

Spread the filling in the lower third of the tortilla wraps and roll up tightly. Fry the wraps briefly on all sides, cut open and serve.​
