1/2 red onion, cut into pieces
3 carrots, sliced
4 small potatoes, cut into cubes
1 red pepper, cut into pieces
1 avocado, cut into pieces
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
1 handful of lettuce or spinach
some oil for the pan
some salt & pepper

Preparation

Heat some olive oil in the pan. Fry the onions, carrots, potatoes and peppers while stirring for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove.

Heat some olive oil and fry the planted chicken. Season with salt and pepper, remove.

Add Oatly Oat Cuisine and Sriracha sauce to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add planted.chicken, mix and simmer briefly.

Spread the filling in the lower third of the tortilla wraps and roll up tightly. Fry the wraps briefly on all sides, cut open and serve.
