100g cherry tomatoes, halved

Preparation

Preheat oven to 225°C. Cut up cauliflower or broccoli.

Fry planted.chicken over medium heat until golden brown (approx. 5 minutes) and place in a large baking dish with the cauliflower/broccoli.

Fry garlic in olive oil until soft. Add crème fraîche, cream and ajvar and bring to the boil.

Pour the ajvar sauce over the planted chicken and the cauliflower/broccoli.

Layer cherry tomatoes and spinach on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese layer is browned.
