4 tbsp vegetable crème fraîche (optional)

Preparation

  1. Fajita-Gewürzmischung, Öl, Knoblauch und Limettensaft in einer Schale gut verrühren. planted.chicken Filet grosszügig damit marinieren und in der Marinade zugedeckt ca. 20 Minuten ziehen lassen.
  2. Reis gemäss Packungsanleitung kochen.
  3. Öl in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen. Peperoni 8-10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze rührbraten, bis sie gar sind, ggf. warmstellen. Mais, Bohnen, Salat, Tomaten, Avocado und Zwiebeln in Schalen bereitstellen.
  4. In der selben Bratpfanne die planted.chicken Filets scharf auf beiden Seiten ca. 2-3 Minten anbraten, bis sie eine goldene Kruste haben. Herausnehmen und fächerartig in Streifen schneiden.
  5. Weizentortilla mit Chunky Salsa Dip und pflanzlichem Crème fraîche bestreichen. Mit dem Reis, Bohnen, Mais, Gemüse (Peperoni) und Salat (Salat, Tomaten, Avocado, Zwiebeln) belegen und planted.chicken Filet darauf verteilen.
  6. Burrito satt einrollen und in einer Pfanne rundherum kurz anbraten / erhitzen oder einem Sandwich-Maker toasten.
  7. Anrichten: Mit Limettenschnitzen und Koriander garnieren / servieren.
