1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
3 tsp turmeric powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 dl vegetable broth
3 dl soy cream
500g planted.pulled
250g cashew yogurt from New Roots (vegan)

Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the turmeric, curry and chilli flakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Mix in the tomato paste, broth and soy cream and stir well. Add planted.pulled and cook covered over low heat for 30 minutes (stir occasionally).

Add yogurt, stir and serve.

Tip: Serve rice as a side dish.
