Preparation

Wash arugula. Peel the mango and cut into thin slices. Chop the walnuts finely with a knife.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the planted.pulled BBQ in it.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

Spread the rocket, mango, pomegranate seeds, olives and walnuts on a large plate. Add planted.pulled BBQ. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and add it too.

Spread the dressing over the salad and best serve with fresh bread.
