Preparation

Mix the tomato paste, spices, pureed tomatoes and oat cream in a bowl.

Fry the planted.pulled BBQ with Liquid Smoke until crispy and after a while add the chickpeas.

Deglaze with the tomato-oat cream mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.

Sweet potatoes, potatoes or rice go well with this. I like to top the dish with fresh spring onions!
