By registering online you agree to the following conditions of participation:
Competition organizer : Planted Foods GmbH, Birkenstrasse 22, 10559 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter “ we ”).
Eligibility to participate : All persons residing in Germany or Austria who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Our employees are excluded from participation.
Course of the competition : The promotion includes all 160 gram and 175 gram packages of the variety planted.chicken Nature, planted.chicken Lemon & Herbs, planted.chicken Curry, planted.pulled nature, planted.pulled BBQ, planted.pulled Spicy Herbs, planted .kebab and planted.schnitzel with promotion sticker. By scanning the QR code on the fanfold attached to the packaging, you can go to our website www.eatplanted.com/checkthelabel . You can register to participate here. Alternatively, you can register directly via our website.
The competition begins on January 3rd, 2023 at 12:00:00. By registering online and answering the test question “What is planted.chicken Nature made of” by January 31, 2023 11:59:59 p.m., you will take part in the competition. We will determine the winners in a random drawing on February 6th, 2023 from among all participants who answered the test question correctly. The winners will be informed via E-mail.
No obligation to purchase : There is no obligation to purchase associated with participation in the competition.
Prizes : Participants residing in Germany can win 120 subscriptions with Planted products. Participants residing in Austria can win 60 subscriptions with Planted products. The subscription has the following content: 3 Planted products of your choice (220g) from the varieties listed above (shop.eatplanted.com), which are then delivered every 3 weeks for 3 months. In total, a subscription includes 4 deliveries, each with 3 Planted products. The product combination can be put together individually. In the event of delivery bottlenecks, the unavailable product may be replaced with another Planted product from the online shop. The start of the subscription can be determined by the winner himself, but the last delivery must be made by the end of 2023.
The 300 prizes are divided among the participating markets as follows:
40% (corresponds to 120 subscriptions) for Germany
40% (corresponds to 120 subscriptions) for Switzerland
20% (corresponds to 60 subscriptions) for Austria
Prizes that are not redeemed by the winners no later than three months after notification to the email address provided when participating (first delivery) will expire without replacement. The prices are not paid in cash.
Additional conditions :
Legal recourse is excluded. We will only correspond with the winners about the competition.
Only one competition entry is possible per person. Otherwise we may exclude the person concerned from the competition.
We assume no liability for data loss, especially during data transmission, and other technical defects.
We also reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if we suspect or discover abuse and/or violations of these conditions of participation or if there are other important reasons. We are entitled to make adjustments to the competition mode at any time and to suspend, cancel or prematurely end the competition if there are important reasons.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our data protection declaration . To participate in the competition, we collect your first name, last name and email address.
