Conditions of participation Planted x Weber competition

By registering online, you agree to the following terms and conditions of participation: Competition organizer: Planted Foods GmbH, Birkenstrasse 22, 10559 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter “we”).

Eligibility to participate: All persons residing in Germany or Austria who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Our employees and employees of other Planted companies are excluded from participation.

How the competition works: By scanning the QR code on the correspondingly marked Planted advertising flyers, you can access our website. You can register to participate here. Alternatively, you can register directly via our website.

The competition begins on May 1st, 2023 at 12:00:00. You can take part in the competition by registering online by May 30, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. We will determine the winners from all participants through a random drawing on June 1st, 2023. The winners will be notified by email.

No obligation to buy: There is no obligation to buy when participating in the competition.

Prizes: Participants residing in Germany and Austria can win three barbecue packages each, which consists of the following three partial prizes:

· Lumin electric grill from Weber,

· Planted BBQ bundles consisting of 1 pack of planted.bratwurst, 1 pack of planted.chicken barbecue skewers and 1 pack of planted.pulled BBQ 400 g

· Weber Grillmeister (comes to the winner's home on the selected day and brings food for a maximum of 15 people. Drinks and cutlery are not organized by the grillmaster)

The grill package can only be accepted and redeemed as a whole, which means winners cannot accept individual partial prizes.

In order to accept the grill package, the winners must inform us by email to shop@eatplanted.com by June 15, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. As of June 15, 2023, prizes not accepted will expire without replacement. We reserve the right to hold a second random drawing among participants on June 16, 2023 for prizes not accepted. In order to accept the grill package, the winners of the second random drawing must inform us by email to shop@eatplanted.com by June 30, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. As of June 30, 2023, prizes not accepted will expire without replacement.

The prize must be redeemed, i.e. the delivery of the prizes and the grilling with the Weber Grillmeister, by September 30, 2023. At the end of September 30, 2023, unredeemed winnings will expire without replacement.

The winners are solely responsible for carrying out the barbecue with the Weber grill master (in particular: organizing the premises, bearing any costs and liability for any damage caused).

The prices are not paid in cash.

Additional conditions:

Legal recourse is excluded. We will only correspond with the winners about the competition.

Only one competition entry is possible per person. Otherwise we can exclude the person in question from the competition.

We assume no liability for data loss, especially during data transmission, and other technical defects.

We also reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if we suspect or discover misuse and/or violations of these terms and conditions or if there are other important reasons. We are entitled to make adjustments to the competition mode at any time and to suspend, cancel or prematurely end the competition if there are important reasons.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our data protection declaration. To participate in the competition, we collect your first name, last name and email address.
