When will the webshop be closed completely?
The webshop will officially close on March 31, 2025. If stocks run out by then, it will close earlier. -
Will the webshop be closed in all markets or just in some?
We will close the webshop across Europe. -
Why is the webshop being closed?
This decision was made after careful consideration and allows us to focus our resources on developing new opportunities that will provide you with an even better service. Our goal is to best meet the needs of our customers while driving our growth and development. We know this may be an inconvenience for loyal customers like you and we sincerely apologize for this. At the same time, we would like to thank you for your understanding as we work on innovative and exciting new developments for you. 🥩🚀 Over the past few years, we have built up a strong presence in retail and hospitality across Europe, so we have decided to increase our focus on these areas and drive further growth there. Rest assured, our products will continue to be available even after the webshop closes and we are doing everything we can to further expand our presence. What happens to all the points I have collected over the years? How can I redeem these points?
Collecting loyalty points through orders in the web shop and in retail stores is no longer possible as of January 21, 2025. Points can be redeemed until the webshop closes on March 31, 2025 or while stocks last. The maximum number of points that can be redeemed per order has been increased to no maximum. Points not redeemed by March 31, 2025 will be lost. Which sales channels will you focus on instead?
Over the last few years we have been able to build a strong presence in retail and hospitality across Europe and we have therefore decided to focus our efforts on further growth in these areas. However, rest assured that our products will still be available after the webshop closes and we will work with all our might to further expand this presence.

Depending on the sales figures in our webshop until the end of March, we will consider special offers and discounts before closing. What happens if I place an order shortly before the deadline?

Will my account and order history still be accessible after the webshop closes?
No, unfortunately your order history will no longer be accessible after the webshop is closed. -
Are there any plans to reopen the webshop in the future?
We currently have no plans to reopen the webshop as we are fully focused on meeting consumer demand with an increased presence in retail and hospitality across Europe. -
Will you launch new products through other distribution channels?

Can discount vouchers still be redeemed in the webshop?
All active webshop codes can be redeemed until March 31, 2025 or while stocks last.
