Preparation
Reis gut waschen und nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten.
Koriander waschen, fein hacken und gemeinsam mit dem Saft der Limette unter den fertigen Reis mischen.
Ananas und Zwiebel schälen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Alles gemeinsam in eine Schale geben.
Koriander waschen, fein hacken und gemeinsam mit dem Saft der Limette und den restlichen Zutaten fürs Dressing hinzugeben. Alles gut vermengen und beiseitestellen. Passe die Schärfe unbedingt ganz an deine Wünsche an.
Das BBQ pulled in eine Pfanne geben und fĂĽr 3-4 Minuten anbraten. Mit Limettensaft und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Danach den fertigen Reis mit dem planted pulled BBQ und der Ananas Salsa
servieren und mit Sesam garnieren.
