50g planted.pulled Spicy Herbs
2 slices of bread of your choice (e.g. wholemeal rye bread)
1 handful of fresh mixed leaf lettuce (ruccola, batavia, spinach, cress, clover)
2 tbsp hummus (see preparation hummus)
Hummus
200g chickpeas, cooked
1 tbsp tahini paste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
½ lemon, juice
1 garlic clove, pressed
Salt, pepper, a little cumin
1 small bunch of chives

Spicy herbs
Preparation

Place all hummus ingredients except the chives in a blender glass.

Puree for at least 1 minute to form a creamy hummus.

Depending on the desired consistency, add a little more water (or oil).

Wash the chives and cut them into small pieces. Add to the hummus and mix in by hand.

Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the planted.pulled chimichurri on a medium heat. Reduce heat after 5-6 minutes.

Toast the bread slices. Spread 1 tablespoon of the hummus on one side of each bread slice.

Then place a slice of bread on a plate and top with salad and planted.pulled chimichurri. Place the second slice of bread on top. Use a toothpick to secure if necessary.
