At the time, he thought that if he followed a vegan diet he would have to miss out on all the good things. Today, however, he knows better and has been conjuring up new, delicious and varied recipes full of inspiration and joy for years! Preparation

  1. Reis nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten und Kurkuma- und Currypulver
    hinzugeben.
  2. Tomaten, Gurke, Spitzpaprika und Salat waschen und in mundgerechte StĂĽcke
    schneiden. Zwiebel schälen und in feine Ringe schneiden.
  3. Planted Kebab in einer Pfanne knusprig anbraten. Nach Belieben mit etwas Knoblauchpulver und Paprika geräuchert nachwürzen.
  4. In der Zwischenzeit Sojajoghurt in eine Schüssel geben. Knoblauch schälen und in die Schüssel pressen. Olivenöl und Zitronensaft hinzugeben und ordentlich
    umrĂĽhren.
  5. In einer SchĂĽssel Reis, Tomaten, Salat, Gurke, Spitzpaprika, Zwiebel und Kebab
    anrichten. Mit der Knoblauchsauce, frischen Sprossen oder Petersilie garnieren und servieren.
