Planted sets new Guinness World Record

Monday August 30, 2021. Planted has set the new GUINNESS WORLD RECORD with its plant-based schnitzel. The Swiss start-up Planted invited people to this spectacle as part of the opening ceremony of their production in Kempthal. A 119 meter long vegan schnitzel was produced on a pea protein basis. More than 11 meters more than the previous record holder.
