Planted: This is how an ETH Zurich spin-off wants to get started with vegan chicken in Austria

Founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich, Planted launched a pea-based meat alternative in Austria last week. In an interview, the two co-founders Lukas Böni and Pascal Bieri talk about how the idea for vegan “Hendl-Meat” came about and what other projects are still in the pipeline.
