Planted: ETH Zurich spin-off launches vegan “chicken meat alternative” in Austria

According to the founders, Planted differs from conventional meat alternatives in two main aspects: The specially developed production process ensures a unique fiber structure that many other substitute products lack. In addition, Planted only uses selected plant-based and 100% natural ingredients: pea protein, pea fiber, rapeseed oil and water and vitamin B12. All. As the startup assures, the ingredients come exclusively from Europe.
