The Swiss FoodTech start-up Planted is once again setting standards on the protein shelf and is revolutionizing the plant-based food market with its latest innovation: the planted.chicken filet, a groundbreaking plant-based chicken breast fillet that is in no way inferior to its animal equivalent in terms of protein content and taste. However , with 77 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions and 85 percent less water consumption, the footprint is significantly smaller.
