With the planted.schnitzel, the traditional Viennese restaurant Figlmüller is dedicating itself to new guests. The planted.schnitzel has been on the menu for a few days and the reactions are great! But why do we need this meatless mouthfeel and appearance? According to our co-founder Pascal, it's about the cultural aspect. Most people grew up with meat and it actually tastes good. The positive sides of meat can be imitated with our planted.schnitzel.
