The longest schnitzel in the world

KEMPTHAL / VIENNA. Planted has set the new Guinness World Record with its plant-based schnitzel. The Swiss start-up invited people to this spectacle as part of the opening ceremony of its production in Kempthal in Switzerland and produced a 119 m long vegan schnitzel based on pea protein - this exceeds the previous record schnitzel by more than eleven meters.
