Preparation

  1. Olive oil and planted.chicken Place the fillets in a large pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  2. Place the garlic and shallot in the same pan and fry until translucent.
  3. Add the vegetable stock and coconut milk and bring to the boil.
  4. Add the spinach, basil, oregano, thyme, chilli flakes and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix everything together and cook over a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the vegan cheese and add the planted.chicken Add the fillets again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with pasta!
