When will the webshop be completely closed?
The webshop will officially close on March 31, 2025. If the stock has been used up by then, it will be closed earlier. -
Will the web store be closed in all markets or only in some?
We will close the webshop throughout Europe. -
Why is the webshop closed?
This decision was made after careful consideration and allows us to focus our resources on developing new opportunities that offer you an even better service. Our aim is to meet the needs of our customers in the best possible way while driving our growth and further development. We know that this may be an inconvenience for loyal customers like you and we sincerely apologize for this. At the same time, we would like to thank you for your understanding as we work on innovative and exciting new developments for you. 🥩🚀 Over the past few years, we have built a strong presence in the retail and hospitality sectors across Europe. We have therefore decided to increase our focus on these areas and promote further growth there. Rest assured, our products will continue to be available even after the closure of the webshop and we are doing everything we can to further expand our presence. Where can I find my favorite products from Planted ?

What happens to all the points I have collected over the years? How can I redeem these points?
Since January 21, 2025, it is no longer possible to collect loyalty points by placing orders in the webshop and in retail stores. Points can still be redeemed until the webshop closes on March 31, 2025 or while stocks last. The maximum number of points that can be redeemed per order has not been increased to a maximum. Points that have not been redeemed by March 31, 2025 will be lost. Which sales channels will you focus on instead?
Over the past few years, we have been able to build a strong presence in retail and foodservice across Europe and we have therefore decided to focus our efforts on further growth in these areas. Rest assured, however, that our products will continue to be available even after the closure of the webshop and we will work hard to further expand this presence.

Will there be any special promotions or discounts before the webshop closes?
Depending on the sales figures in our webshop until the end of March, we will consider special offers and discounts before the closure. We recommend that you check the webshop regularly to stay informed about these promotions and make the most of the opportunity before closure. Keep an eye on our website so you don't miss out! -
What happens if I place an order shortly before the deadline?

Will my account and order history still be accessible after the webshop is closed?
No, unfortunately your order history is no longer accessible after the webshop has been closed. -
Are there any plans to reopen the web store in the future?
We currently have no plans to reopen the webshop as we are fully focused on meeting consumer demand with an increased retail and foodservice presence across Europe. -
Will you be launching new products on the market via other sales channels?
Of course, we are constantly working on new and exciting products for you. Stay tuned! 😊 -
Can discount vouchers still be redeemed in the webshop?
All active webshop codes are redeemable until March 31, 2025 or while stocks last.
