Spoiler alert: this is probably our employees' favorite product! Not only because it is the most protein-rich product on the market, but also because it is produced in a particularly sustainable way (the sunflower protein used comes from sunflower press cake, a waste product from the production of sunflower oil). The combination of sunflowers and peas results in a nutritionally diverse product that is also incredibly juicy. Of course, we also add a healthy dose of vitamin B12 through fermentation.

Finally, a kebab with lots of flavor, but definitely without additives and animal cruelty! With the planted.schnitzel, we are setting completely new standards. This genuine Viennese schnitzel is thin, wrapped in crispy breading and was developed in collaboration with the world-famous Figlmüller schnitzel restaurant in Vienna. And yes, they serve it in their restaurants too, of course! The meat is made from only a few carefully selected natural ingredients such as peas, wheat, canola oil, salt, yeast and spices. Of course, we also add a healthy dose of vitamin B12 through fermentation. Our vegetable schnitzel tastes best plain with potatoes or other hearty side dishes - but is also a delicious main ingredient in sandwiches.

Our new and versatile planted.bratwurst Herbs is in no way inferior to an animal sausage in terms of aroma, taste and juiciness. At the same time, however, it contains more protein (+ 36 %) and less saturated fatty acids (- 76 %) than its animal counterpart!

Planted consists exclusively of 100% natural ingredients. We say no to additives, flavor enhancers and aromas, but never taste!
