Delivery conditions

  • Delivery area
    The delivery address must be in Germany or Austria.
  • Delivery times
    The determination of an exact delivery time within the delivery period is not possible. Time deviations as well as the blocking of a certain delivery date are possible, especially on peak days with exceptionally high delivery volume, whereby any claims for damages as well as further claims by you are excluded. Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday, Friday to Sunday there is no shipping. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and official national or cantonal holidays. If you are not present at the time of delivery and have not given special delivery instructions, the delivery driver may leave the delivery in a freely accessible place or leave a pick-up invitation in the mailbox. If you have received a pickup invitation, you must pick up the delivery at the appropriate post office within 48 hours. You assume responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not directly received by you.
  • Delivery costs
    The delivery costs depend on the value of the products ordered (minimum order value excl. delivery costs, deposits and credit notes). The delivery costs communicated in the online store apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice. From a shopping cart of EUR 27, delivery is free of charge. Otherwise a delivery charge of EUR 8 applies.
  • Shipping partner
    Orders to Germany and Austria are shipped with DPD.
  • Refrigerated delivery
    Our products are packed in a frozen state and passively cooled by insulation materials and cooling pads during the period of shipment. The products are delivered at a maximum of 5 degrees Celsius. The outside temperature prevailing at the time of delivery may have an influence on the temperature of the products.
  • Delivery/ Deposit
    Our shipping partners have permission to deposit parcels at the front door.
    This is to prevent delays due to second or third deliveries on subsequent days, which may have a negative impact on the shelf life of our products.
    Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.
  • Packing
    The shipping packaging can be disposed of as follows:

    - Insulation packaging and cardboard box can be disposed of in the cardboard collection

    - The cool packs can be cut open and the water emptied out. The cover can then be disposed of in the residual waste.
