200g planted.chicken Güggeli
0,5 package glass noodles
0,5 cucumber
1 bell bell pepper
2 carrots
1 avocado
1 mango
1 handful of sprouts
1 head of lettuce
a few leaves of coriander
Dressing
juice of one orange
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
8 tbsp. rice vinegar
4 tsp. sesame oil
4 t sp Sriracha
1 t sp chili flakes
2 tbsp agave syrup
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Prepare the glass noodles according to package directions.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the bell bell pepper into strips. Peel and dice the mango. Tear the head of lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Chop the cilantro. Cut the carrots with a zoodle maker. Put all the chopped ingredients and the sprouts in a large bowl and stir.

Fry the chicken pieces in a pan with a little oil until crispy on all sides.

Toss together all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.

Pour the dressing on the salad and mix the glass noodles into the salad. Cut the avocado in half, slice it in the peel and carefully spoon it out of the peel.

Serve the salad with the chicken pieces and avocado on top and enjoy.
