Glazed planted.steak with broccoli

Preparation

Prepare
  1. planted.take the steak out of the fridge and bring to room temperature.
  2. Cut the peppers and Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
  3. Finely chop the coriander and ginger.
  4. Halve Bimi
Prepare
  1. Heat the pan without oil and add the bimi. Season with salt and add a little olive oil after a minute. Remove the bimi from the pan and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining vegetables to the pan without oil, season with salt and then add a little olive oil. Fry until the vegetables are crispy.
  3. Place the sautéed vegetables in a bowl, add the coriander and ginger and season with lime juice and a little sesame oil.
  4. Preheat a frying pan over a high heat and add a little oil.
  5. Fry the planted.steak over a high to medium heat and turn as soon as a nice crust has formed.
  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Add the finely chopped onions to the pan.
  8. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and glaze the planted.steak while stirring constantly.
  9. Remove the pan from the heat and continue to baste the planted.steak with the sauce.
Sideboards
  1. planted.garnish the steak with lime zest and sesame seeds.
  2. Serve the vegetables with the planted.steak on a plate and enjoy!
