For the roasted vegetables

large sweet potato

Carrot

red onion

Olive oil

Maple syrup
Five-spice powder / salt / pepper
For the salad

PlantedSteak
2
Handful of kale
1
Apple, cut into slices

cup crumbled vegetable feta

cup of dried cranberries

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together.
  2. Mix the vegetables with the spices and olive oil. Bake in the oven at 210 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Fry the planted.steak in a little vegetable oil over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Put together a bowl:
  1. Massage the kale with a little olive oil and salt.
  2. Add the roasted vegetables and the sliced planted.steak.
  3. Top with apple slices, dried cranberries and vegan feta crumbs.
