Caesar salad with planted.chicken Filet

Ingredients

Lettuce
120 g
Croutons
50 g
Tree nuts
Sauce
5 TBSP.
Olive oil
5 TBSP.
Rapeseed oil
80 g
Chickpeas
4 TBSP.
Chickpeas water
2 TBSP.
Lemon juice
2 TBSP.
Dijon mustard
2 TSP
Lupine sauce or soy sauce
2 TSP
Garlic powder
25 g
pickled capers
2 TSP
Salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Put all the dry ingredients (salt, garlic powder, white pepper) in the bowl of a blender, add mustard, capers, lemon juice, chickpeas and water. Blend for a few seconds and then slowly add the olive oil.
  2. Wash lettuce and cut into large pieces
  3. In a hot frying pan with a little rapeseed oil planted.chicken Sear fillet for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Cut the roasted planted.chicken Cut the fillet into slices at a slight angle with a knife.
  5. Arrange the salad on a plate, season generously with the Caesar sauce and place the sliced fillet on top. planted.chicken fillet on top. Grate the walnuts over the salad and garnish with some croutons
