Preparation

Potato salad
  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for at least 20 minutes until just cooked, drain, leave to cool and peel.
  2. Prepare the mustard vinaigrette in a bowl: Mix together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard and soy yogurt. Add salt, black pepper and a few chili flakes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into 0.5 cm thick slices and place in the bowl with the vinaigrette, add the pickled red onions, chopped chervil and parsley.
  4. Leave to stand for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with crispy onions to taste.
Bratwurst
  1. Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil per sausage.
  2. Do not make any incisions in the sausage before preparation.
  3. Fry the planted.bratwurst in the frying pan/grill pan on each side until nicely browned (approx. 1.5 minutes per side).
  4. Remove the planted.bratwurst from the heat and leave to rest in the pan for a further 2-3 minutes
