1 small lettuce

25g white sesame seeds, roasted

For the Spicy Mayo:

25g black sesame seeds, roasted
150g Vegan Mayo
20g Yuzu Kosho Paste e.g. Coop Fine Food
1 lime, grated
10g Sriracha Sauce
Pinch of salt

For the radish:

1 pc white radish, peeled and finely sliced
3dl water
1 dl rice vinegar
5 tbspsugar
1 tbsp salt
