Ingredients

4 pcs. Pita bread
350g planted.chicken Pita bread
80g lettuce mixed
1 tomato
40g cucumber
40g red onion
1tbsp chili flakes
Herbs and cress of your choice (dill, parsley, micro leaves, etc.)

 

Tzatziki

75g soy yogurt
75g plant-based mayonnaise
50g cucumber
1pc. Dill sprig
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Lemon (some zest and juice)

Preparation

planted.chicken fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown and keep warm.

Cut 50 g of cucumber into fine cubes. Mix all ingredients for the tzatziki.

Halve the tomato and cut into thin slices.

Halve remaining cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Cut red onion into fine rings.

Pluck herbs and cress.

Toast the pita bread and spread with the vegan tzatziki.

Pita bread with planted.chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Garnish with chili flakes, herbs and cress.

Fold pita bread and serve.

Serving tip: Serve with crispy chips and dips.
