Ingredients

2 Servings

160 g planted.chicken natural
2 Nectarines
2 Handful of raspberries
1 avocado
various lettuces
1 small red onion

 

For the salad dressing

1,5 tbsp raspberry jam
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar dark
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar light
1/2 TSP Garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Preparation

For the raspberry dressing, whisk the jam with the olive oil and balsamic until smooth. Season with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper and set aside.

The planted.chicken also season with a little salt and pepper and fry in olive oil until crisp. Wash salads, chop nectarine, red onion and avocado.

Dress everything together with the dressing and enjoy.
