1/2 red onion, cut into pieces
3 carrots, cut into slices
4 small potatoes, cut into cubes
1 red bell bell pepper, cut into pieces
1 avocado, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
1 handful of lettuce or spinach
some oil for the pan
some salt & pepper

Heat a little olive oil in the pan. Stir-fry the onions, carrots, potatoes and peppers in it for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove.

Heat a little olive oil and planted.chicken fry until hot. Season with salt and pepper, remove.

Add Oatly Oat Cuisine and Sriracha Sauce to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, planted.chicken add, mix and simmer briefly.

Spread filling in bottom third of tortilla wraps and roll up until full. Fry wraps briefly on all sides, slice and serve.
