200g buckwheat noodles
3 spring onions, finely chopped
150g mushrooms, sliced
200g broccoli, cut up

Marinade
1 clove of garlic
5 t bsp soy sauce
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. sesame oil

Finely grate the garlic and mix with the other ingredients for the marinade.

planted.chicken add to the marinade, cover and leave in the refrigerator for min. 30 minutes to 12 hours.

Heat 2 teaspoons of peanut oil in a frying pan, planted.chicken remove from marinade and fry over medium heat until crispy and golden brown.

Cook pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain water and rinse pasta with cold water

Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced scallions (set green ends aside for later).

Add broccoli and mushrooms to skillet and stir-fry briefly over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Then add the pasta to the pan and stir-fry briefly over high heat.
