100g Cherry tomatoes, halved

Preparation

Preheat oven to 225 °C. Cut cauliflower or broccoli into pieces.

planted.chicken fry over medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes) and place in a large baking dish with the cauliflower/broccoli.

Fry garlic in olive oil until soft. Add crème fraîche, cream and ajvar and bring to a boil.

Pour the ajvar sauce over the planted.chicken and the cauliflower/broccoli.

Layer cherry tomatoes and spinach on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover with foil and bake in oven for 25 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese layer is browned.
