Chickpea couscous with yogurt and kimchi
Ingredients
320 g planted .kebab Original
200 g chickpea couscous (alternatively conventional couscous)
200 g canned chickpeas
1 tsp each cumin, paprika powder, curry powder
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1bunch coriander
200 g carrot
2stalks celery
some oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice to dress the couscous
400 g soy yogurt or other vegetable yogurt according to preference
400 g kimchi e.g. from Saurcrowde.g. from Saurcrowd
