Preparation

Prepare
  1. Finely chop the lemongrass, garlic, ginger and shallots.
  2. Heat all the ingredients for the sauce in a pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce through a sieve before serving
Prepare
  1. Allow 1/3 of the sauce to simmer until the consistency is thick. This will then be the marinade for the planted.steak.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Finely chop the carrots, peppers and peperoncini, pluck the herbs
  4. plantedCut the steak into strips and marinate with salt, pepper and coriander.
  5. Fry the planted.steak strips briefly in oil over a high heat and then set aside.
  6. plantedMarinate the steak strips with the marinade made in step 1.
Sideboards
  1. Serve the pasta, planted.steak strips and the chopped vegetables with the herbs and enjoy.
