Tarte flambée dough

planted.pulled

large red onion

cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

EL Harissa

Tbsp. pomegranate molasses- balsamic cream alternative

TL Sumac

Tbsp olive oil

Pinch of salt

EL Tahini

Lemon

Tbsp pomegranate seeds
Fresh parsley and / or mint leaves
Preparation

Roll out dough, place on a baking sheet and spread with a thin layer of harissa.

Peel and finely slice onion and mix in a small bowl with sumac, salt, olive oil and pomegranate molasses.

Top pizza with planted.pulled, quartered tomatoes and the onions.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.

Squeeze lemon and reserve juice.

Mix tahini with lemon juice, salt and a little water.

Remove tarte flambée, garnish with pomegranate seeds, herbs and tahini.
