vegan yogurt

Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

red onion
1 TBSP.
Tomato paste
A handful of fresh parsley

Tin of diced tomatoes
2 TSP

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with a clove of garlic (or more, depending on your preference!), lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. If desired, cut the planted.pulled Spicy Herbs into smaller pieces and sauté for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, the remaining garlic cloves and the tomato purée to the pan and fry for a few more minutes.
  4. Stir in the parsley and paprika, then add the can of diced tomatoes and mix well.
  5. Allow the mixture to simmer and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta of your choice. Arrange on a plate, top with the planted and the garlic and yogurt sauce.
