One-Pot Gnocchi with Asparagus Cream Sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, add crushed garlic clove and planted.pulled Spicy Herbs. Sauté briefly.
  2. Add gnocchi and sauté everything for about 4 minutes.
  3. Cut asparagus into pieces (remove lower wooden part) and add to gnocchi. Fry for approx. 5min and season with salt & pepper as needed.
  4. Add vegan cream and warm everything through.
