1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
3 tsp turmeric powder
1 t sp curry powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 dl vegetable broth
3 dl soy cream
500g planted.pulled
250g cashew yogurt from New Roots (vegan)

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 5 minutes, then stir in turmeric, curry and chili flakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Mix in tomato paste, broth and soy cream and stir well. planted.pulled Add and cook covered over low heat for 30min (stirring occasionally).

Add yogurt, stir to serve.

Tip: Serve rice as a side dish.
