Preparation

  1. Wash rice well and prepare according to package directions.
  2. Wash and finely chop the cilantro and mix into the finished rice together with the juice of the lime.
  3. Peel the pineapple and onion and cut into small pieces. Put everything together in a bowl.
  4. Wash the cilantro, chop finely and add together with the juice of the lime and the rest of the ingredients for the dressing. Mix everything well and set aside. Be sure to adjust the spiciness to your liking.
  5. Put the BBQ pulled in a pan and fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with lime juice and pepper.
  6. Then mix the finished rice with the planted pulled BBQ and pineapple salsa
    serve and garnish with sesame seeds.
