Preparation

Mix all ingredients for the coleslaw: White cabbage, carrots, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, salt and pepper.

The planted.pulled BBQ in a frying pan.

Top the burger buns with: one lettuce leaf, one slice of tomato, one slice of cheese, about 3 tbsp. planted.pulled and 3 tablespoons of coleslaw. Place the top of the burger bun on top. Repeat for the other 3 burgers.
