400g planted.pulled BBQ
4 burger buns
1 large round tomato, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
4 vegan cheese slices
½ head white cabbage, cut into thin strips
1 carrot, shredded
3 tables poons vegan mayo
2 tables poons vegan sour cream
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for the coleslaw: White cabbage, carrots, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, salt and pepper.

The planted.pulled BBQ in a frying pan.

Top the burger buns with: one lettuce leaf, one slice of tomato, one slice of cheese, about 3 tbsp. planted.pulled and 3 tablespoons of coleslaw. Place the top of the burger bun on top. Repeat for the other 3 burgers.
