5 tbsp olive oil
3 t bsp apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Some salt & pepper

Preparation

Wash arugula. Peel mango and cut into thin slices. Chop walnuts with a knife.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the planted.pulled Sauté the BBQ in it.

For the dressing, whisk together all ingredients.

Spread arugula, mango, pomegranate seeds, olives and walnuts on a large plate. planted.pulled Add the BBQ. Crumble feta cheese with your hands and add as well.

Spread dressing over salad and serve best with fresh bread.
