Planted Sets new Guinness World Record

Monday 30 August 2021. Planted has set the new GUINNESS WORLD RECORD with its plant-based schnitzel. The Swiss start-up Planted hosted the spectacle as part of the opening ceremony of its production facility in Kempthal. A 119 meter long vegan schnitzel was produced on pea protein basis. More than 11 meters longer than the previous record holder.
